If this is your initial consultation, you must bring a medical referral letter from other medical institution to our hospital. Otherwise, you have to pay additional ¥10,800 fee to see a doctor here.

Outpatient Services

Reception hours, medical consultation procedures, reception procedures, medical costs, and payment procedures are explained here. Outpatients should enter the building through the main entrance.

  • New patients: 8:30AM to 11:00AM
  • Returning patients: 8:30AM to 11:00AM
  • Medical consultations start at 8:30AM for both new and returning patients.
  • The hospital is closed on: Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and from December 29 through January 3

Patients who have prescriptions

Please wait in front of the hospital pharmacy counter When your prescription is ready, your number will appear on the electronic display. Give the pharmacist your prescription slip in return for the medications.

Health insurance card

We will need to check your health insurance card every month. When you are done with the medical consultation, bring your health insurance card along and hospital card to Window No.4 at the central counter.

If your health insurance card changes and/or any of the information on the card is altered, please go to Window No.3 at the central counter before the medical consultation.


Please ask your doctor to set up your next appointment during the medical consultation.

Patients paying a bill, can check the date and time of their next appointment information on the receipt. It is printed on the right side of the receipt. Patients without a bill, receive an appointment slip at Window No.6. Check the date and time, and bring the appointment slip with you on your next visit.

Times Zones are listed next to your appointment information. These provide a rough estimate of how long you may have to wait to be seen, depending on the circumstances.

If you come without an appointment, please note that, you may be kept waiting longer depending on the circumstances.

Please try to avoid changing the time and date of your next appointment. If you must change it, or if you need to cancel your appointment completely, call Window No.6 at the central reception before 3:00pm on the day before your appointment (with the exception of closed days). To all patients

The hospital card is valid at all of the clinical departments. Keep it in a safe place and bring it with you every time you visit.

To avoid spreading infections, try to avoid bringing children to the hospital.

Smoking is prohibited at all hospital sites and inside all buildings. We ask for your kind cooperation.

Keep your eyes on your belongings, especially your valuables.
