We accept appointments only from medical institutions.
We do not accept inquiries from patients, so please consult your primary care physician.
A reservation is required to visit our Second Opinion Outpatient Clinic; For reservations,
please ask your primary care physician to contact our reservationist at the Community Healthcare Promotion Office.
We do not accept reservations directly from patients.
Visiting Process

1. Outpatient Reception
First Visit
Patients Who Have a Reservation Made Through their Primary Care Physician (Local Medical Institution)
Please register your visit at the central reception counter No. 3 on the first floor, before the appointment time.
Please Bring the Following Items with You:
- Patient referral document
- Clinic consultation request form
Please fill in the form before coming to the hospital if possible.
- Reservation confirmation sheet
- Health insurance card/medical beneficiary certificate
- CD/DVD (only if you have one)
- Prescription record book
Patients Who Have a Patient Referral Document without a Reservation
Depending on the department, there are some days when a reservation is required or we do not accept first-time patients.
Please complete registration at the General Information Counter (reception for the first visit) on the first floor between 8:30 AM and 11:00 AM.Please Bring the Following Items with You:
- Patient referral document
- Health insurance card/medical beneficiary certificate
- CD/DVD (only if you have one)
- Prescription record book
Patients will be called in for examination in the order of appointment time. therefore, if you visit the hospital without an appointment, the order of medical examination will be delayed. For smooth consultation, please ask your primary care physician to make an appointment with the Center for Patient Support at our hospital.
If you forget to bring your health insurance card, you will be responsible for the total cost.
If you visit the hospital due to a work-related injury/disease (worker’s compensation) or a traffic accident, please report it when applying for an examination.
Repeat Visit
Pass Your Hospital Card Through the Registration Machine for Returning Patients
Please register your visit before the appointment time.
If you have not presented your health insurance card in the same month, please be sure to present it with your hospital card to the reception of each department before your medical examination.
After your hospital card is passed through the registration machine for returning patients, your visit number and details of the examination are printed on the back of your hospital card. You will be called by this number for medical examination and payment.

Patients Scheduled for a Test
Visit the reception of the Department of Clinical Laboratory or Radiology if you are scheduled to take a test at either department.

2. In Each Clinical Department
Please wait in the waiting room of each department after completing the reception procedures.
there are also information displays at the Hospital Hall on the first floor.If your visit number appears on the display, please wait in the waiting room.
Patients will be called for examination in the order of appointment, but the order may change depending on the availability of test results, etc.
Please note that this order is different from the order of registration at reception. -
3. Payment
After completion of all medical examinations, tests, etc., pass your hospital card through the payment application machine in front of the "Central Reception" on the first floor of the Outpatient Building, so we can start calculation of your bill.
Please visit the counter if a counter number is displayed on the payment application machine, for a necessary information check or a particular procedure.Once the fees have been calculated, your visit number printed on the back of the hospital card will appear on the large TVs in front of Central Reception Counter No. 7. If your visit number is displayed, please pass your hospital card to the automatic payment machine and pay.
Note: After 90 minutes of displaying the number on the payment display, the number will be moved to the adjacent display with the green frame.

Payment by Credit Card
Credit cards are accepted by the automatic payment machine.
Please note that your PIN will be required (please confirm your PIN).Credit Cards Accepted
A card without an integrated circuit chip is not accepted by the automatic payment machine, so please pay at Counter No. 7.

- Beside Central Reception Counter No. 7, on the first floor of the Outpatient Building
- 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Under the escalator on the first floor of the Outpatient Building
You will need your hospital card or bar coded invoice for payment. You can use a credit card only for a one-off payment of the entire bill (within the credit limit). To check your credit limit, please contact the financial institution which issued the card.
Pay-Later Service
This is a convenient service as you can leave our hospital after applying for payment without waiting for our calculation, by registering your hospital card number, credit card information, etc. from your personal computer or smartphone.
This service may not be available to some patients.
(e.g. Patients using a voucher for screening of pregnant women, etc., or patients required to fill out a form after payment to use a medical support program for persons with disabilities, etc.)

4. Receiving Medicines
At our hospital, medicines for outpatients are in principle dispensed outside our hospital.
Please Take an Out-of-Hospital Prescription to a Pharmacy That Accepts Health Insurance.
If you have an out-of-hospital prescription, please take it to the insurance pharmacy
within 4 days (including Sunday and holidays) including the date of issue.If You Receive an in-Hospital Prescription, Please Take It to Our Pharmacy
"Medicine ticket" is printed on your receipt issued after payment.
Please collect the medicine(s) at the pharmacy counter on the first basement floor.
Medicines can be given from 8:30 AM to 5:15 PM on weekdays.
Medicines are kept in principle for one week.
