Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery
Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery is a medical department that treats abnormalities, deformations, and deformities of tissues on the body surface. These include benign and malignant tumors of the skin, scars from trauma or surgery, scar contractures, hypertrophic scars, keloids, intractable skin ulcers, ptosis, axillary odor, and varicose veins of the lower extremities. Also, there are many cases in which treatment is conducted in cooperation with other departments in our center. Problems on the surface of the body not only decrease the quality of life by "visual abnormality" but also may involve functional problems including nerves, blood vessels, muscles and tendons.

A plastic surgeon is in charge of the treatment. Our department is also linked with Kobe University Hospital Plastic Surgery Department.
Treatment policy
We try to treat the disease by considering the patient's work and social background. Also, depending on the disease, we will promote treatment in cooperation with other medical departments.
