About Our Support

　We are receiving international patients who do not understand Japanese and supporting them with interpretation service in over 50 languages.
　In 2017, Kobe University Hospital established an International Medical Communication Center that specializes in international medical affairs. In May of 2018, we established an internal bureau, International Patient Reception Desk (IPRD) in International Clinical Cancer Research Center (ICCRC) in order to promote further internationalization. We are actively working on receiving international patients.

　In April of 2019, Kobe University Hospital obtained the certification of the Japan Medical Service Accreditation for International Patients (JMIP) in order to promote further international medical care and provide better medical care to international patients.
