Kobe University Hospital is a government approved advanced medical care hospital with 36 clinical departments and 934 beds.We advocate "medical treatment, education, and research" in our mission. And we contribute to society by offering advanced medical care in an environment that reflects Kobe’s brightly open-minded culture. We developed human resources that provide rich medical care for the whole world.Our nursing director was appointed vice president of the hospital early in Japan. We offer medical care that with warm, safe and high quality service.

As a part of an advanced treatment facility, Kobe University Hospital’s Department of Nursing aims to deliver highly specialized nursing care through the active implementation of a multidisciplinary team approach. Caring for patients at their bedside for 24 hours, nurses have a crucial role in shaping a hospital preferred by patients. The Department of Nursing supports the growth of nurses capable of fulfilling duties within their scope of expertise to respond to the health care needs of a changing society. Along with achieving these missions, we would like to contribute to society by providing clinical services through the integration of practice, education, and research, and by making use of our strengths as a university hospital.
